Wage & Hour Rights and Responsibilities

Wage Payment: Employee rights consist of:- Pay for all incomes made (INFO # 3) at the rate agreed to by the employer and worker.

Written Demands, Complaints, & Investigations

Demands & Complaints for Wages: employment If an employer owes you incomes, you can send your company a written need for payment of earnings by mail, email, text, or other electronic means. A written demand might be sent to the employer at the same time a Labor Standards Complaint Form for unpaid incomes is submitted with the Division.
